What the agent did
He told his Grok Bot to go figure out how to pay for itself. It used Xfinity's support chat to move him to a cheaper plan and turned down a mobile line twice. He approved the final deal. The numbers come from a screenshot of the bot's report in his post, and the lower price was due to show up on the next bill.
Result, as claimed
You're now on 300 Mbps for $70.90 a month total, with no contract and no mobile line or Peacock. That's $43 a month less than October's bill. (From the bot's message in his screenshot. October's bill was $113.90.)
This is the result as the person described it in public. It has not been checked and is not a typical outcome.

Prompt
My [provider] bill is [amount] a month for [plan and speed]. Check the provider's current public offers for my area [postcode] and two competitors' prices. Then use the provider's support chat to ask for a lower monthly price on the same or similar plan. I do not want add-ons such as [mobile line, TV, streaming]. Decline them. No new contract longer than [months]. Before accepting anything, send me the offer with the monthly total, any fees and the contract terms, and wait for my yes.
