A WhatsApp AI agent qualifies leads for a solo property agent in Singapore

Khai Rambo · Singapore · Make.com, WhatsApp Business API, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Facebook Lead Ads

What the agent did

Klicco, a Singapore consultancy, built a system for this solo PropNex agent. It pulls leads from TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and his website into one place, and a WhatsApp AI agent pre-screens every enquiry and sorts it as hot, warm or cold. The source is Klicco's own case study, and the figures are not independently checked.

Result, as claimed

Manual qualification time went from 12-15 to 2-3 hrs/wk and response time from 4-8 hrs to 30 sec. Monthly qualified leads went from 15-20 to 45-50, with 3X hot lead conversion. In his quote: "The $2,000 investment paid for itself in the first month."

This is the result as the person described it in public. It has not been checked and is not a typical outcome.
